Your Choice of Gym Program

We have designed two gym programs. Program 1 is specifically for those that have struggled with hamstring tears and other soft tissue injuries in the last year. Program 2 is a generalised program, aimed at building strength, mobility and flexibility.

Your Choice of Nutrition Guide

We have a selection of three nutrition guides. Program 1 focuses on burning fat and gaining muscle. Program 2 looks at bulking up and gaining muscle. Program 3 is for the athlete that wants to improve his/her overall diet.
